From the North and the South-East via M5, Junction 29 Devon Traffic Info
1. At Junction 30 follow signs for Torquay.
2. At Junction 31, where the road splits, take the A38 (A380) to the right.
3. Continue for about 2½ miles. Where the road splits again take the A380 to the left towards Torquay.
4. Continue up the hill and take the 2nd left onto B3192 for Teignmouth.
5. At the roundabout go straight ahead towards Teignmouth. (*NB When leaving Teignmouth to go north to Exeter take the 1st turning left at this roundabout.)
6. Follow this road for approx 4½ miles down the hill, past the golf course on the right and the school on the left. At the pedestrian bridge, take the road to the left into Exeter Street. The Sail Loft is approx 200m down on the left.
From the South-West (Plymouth) Devon Traffic Info
1.Going north on the A38, turn onto A383 towards Newton Abbot and join the A381 to Teignmouth.
2. Follow this road for about 4 miles into the town.
3. On dual carriageway see sign on the left for St James' Precinct. Turn left towards St James' Church (a red brick building with a round tower).
4. Follow the road up Exeter Street to the right of the church. The Sail Loft is at the top of the row of six town houses on the right.
From Teignmouth railway station (approx 0.4 mile)
1. Turn right onto the main road.
2. Take the 2nd turning right for St James' Precinct.
3. Walk up the hill to the right of the church. 6, St James' Mews is on the right.
