The Sail Loft is a town house. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with fitted carpets, wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside cabinets with lamps. Appropriate sized duvets and pillows are provided.

Shower Room electric shower, washbasin, WC, shaving socket and light, ample storage.
Master Bedroom double bed, 32” LCD television with freeview and DVD player, clock radio, hair dryer, mirror, shelves with books. Master bedroom shown above.

Bathroom bath and electric shower over, washbasin, WC, shaving socket and light, ample storage.
Reception Room widescreen 32" LCD television with Freeview, DVD player, Nicam stereo video player, surround sound speakers, 2 sofas, armchair, folding table and chairs, coffee table, books, videos and DVDs.
Kitchen fully equipped kitchen with a table for six, electric fan oven, gas hob with extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, radio, access to decked garden.
Utility Room iron, ironing board, tumble drier, washing machine, clothes drier, stainless steel sink, door to garage, door to hall.
Cloakroom and WC washbasin and mirror, hooks for coats.
Garage and Car Port secure parking for two medium sized cars. External power point, outside lighting.
Garden wood decking with paved area, large table, six chairs and parasol, brick barbecue, clothes line, outside lighting. Door leads to kitchen and a side gate leads to the street (lockable for child safety).
