We cannot work out your individual carbon footprint, but if you want to offset we suggest you times the daily CO2 by the number of days you stay.

We have considered the impact the Sail Loft has on the environment and we try to help you to reduce the impact of your stay where we can.

The Sail Loft is a modern house and has high insualtion throughout. This helps keep the house cool in the warm months and warm in the cooler months. The Sail Loft has double glazed windows throughout the house. A high efficiency modern central heating is installed. We use low energy bulbs and provide high efficiency appliances in the house. You can help do your bit by turning lights and appliances off when not required. Try to fill the washing machine with a full load and use at a lower temperature. Avoid using the tumble drier in warm and dry weather (we of course provide a washing line). We're trying to reduce the figures to the right. Please help us too.
